Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting SEALED proposals on behalf of Oakland County Support Services Mail Room for a contract for annual preventive and remedial maintenance on an Enduro mail inserter as described below. 

 Provide annual preventive and remedial maintenance on an Enduro Mail Inserter with six (6) inserter stations. 

Full coverage shall provide the following: • A minimum of two (2) or four (4) preventive remedial maintenance services per year. • All non-consumable parts (consumables are ink, paper, rubber products, disks). • Service hours will be 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. • Response time shall be within four (4) business hours.
