001645 - End Tabs for Prosecutor

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office for a blanket contract for file end tabs as specified below. 

Specifications End tabs for case records, Juvenile Justice and Juvenile Justice (Neglect). 

End tabs are 14 pt. manila card stock approximately 15 ¼” inches long by 8 ½” wide. These tabs have numeric labels that must be affixed to the manila end tab. There are numbers on both sides that are in numeric order. Case records and Juvenile Justice (Neglect) labels have 5 numbers but only 4 spots (2 numbers in last spot); The Juvenile Justice labels have 6 numbers in 5 spots. The Prosecutor’s Office will contact vendor with start numbers for each pull out. On the opposite end of the tabs are two slits which can accept prongs that are on the defendant's file. The slits are ½” from the end and 2 ½” from one side and 3 1/8” from other side. 

The Juvenile Justice tabs will require approximately 2 deliveries per year. The Case Record tabs will require delivery approximately every 6 weeks to 2 months.

Successful vendor must provide a proof of each tab to the Prosecutor’s Office prior to processing order. 

Product will have to be stored at vendor’s facility and quantities delivered as needed.
