YOU MUST HAVE YOUR 4 DIGIT PIN NUMBER TO POST YOUR QUOTE. You should experience any difficulty posting your proposal, it is as simple as attaching a file to an email. However, if you are having difficulty posting your quote, be sure to contract the MITN Help Desk. Do not wait until the final hours prior to the due time to post your proposal. General Submission Information: • Responses must be submitted through the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website www.mitn.info • The responsibility rests entirely with the vendor, to insure that responses are posted on the MITN website prior to the date and time specified. The due date and time are listed on the first page of the proposal form and the MITN website. Best and Final Offer The County may, at its sole option and best interest, either accept the vendor’s initial proposal by award of a contract or enter into discussions with vendors whose proposals are likely to be considered for award during the evaluation process. After an evalution stage is concluded, vendor may be asked to submit a “Best and Final Offer” for consideration.
