Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is accepting proposals on behalf of Oakland County Department of Support Services for a contract to provide all labor, materials, incidentals and means of work to pick up and legally dispose of electronic equipment as listed on attachment “D” of this request for proposals (RFP).
All County labels, stickers and other forms of identification must be removed, including any asset labels. If any data is discovered on any data storage media including tape media, floppies, CD's, hard drives, etc. it must be deleted and or destroyed immediately.
All work shall be in compliance with local, state and EPA regulations on electronic asset recovery and recycling.
Contractors are required to send all documentation to the Manager of Oakland County Support Services for records.
Contractor will be responsible for providing an inventory of all items picked up to be verified by Oakland County Support Services.
Contractor may be required to pick up at multiple locations within the Oakland County campus.
Contractors are to provide any and all fees associated with the performance of these services.
Contractor are asked and encouraged to provide information and pricing on any additional programs or services available.
