Summary of Specifications:
As an extension of its LRMS offering, CLEMIS is working to design and develop a Crash Reporting Module which will interface with the Michigan Crash Reporting Database. One requirement for the Crash Module is an accident scene diagramming tool that will interface to the software that CLEMIS is beginning to develop. However, because of its diverse membership, CLEMIS is interested in a broader range of diagramming applications than just crash diagramming. In addition to crash reporting, CLEMIS is also interested in a common diagramming tool for crime scenes, assault/domestic assault, and pre-fire planning. The requirement for a common diagramming tool is to facilitate training and on-going support.
