Cobo #6 - DRCFA Critical Projects

Summary of Specifications:
JENKINS CONSTRUCTION, INC., as Construction Manager (CM) and on behalf of the Operator, the Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority, will accept sealed bids from qualified Abatement, Scaffolding, Restoration, Roofing, Landscaping, Special Coatings, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Testing Subcontractors for the 2009 COBO Center Critical Projects (the "Project") located at COBO ConferencelExhibition Center, Detroit, Michigan. 

This Project is subject to P.A. 554 of 2008 (the Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority Act, the "Act") and pursuant to the terms of the Act, as amended, the Operator has final approval of the selection of the qualified bidders. 

Sealed bids will be received in the office of Jenkins Construction, Inc., 985 E. JeffersonAve., Suite 300, Detroit, Michigan 48207-3127 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2009 after which time the bids will be publically opened and read.
