Oakland County is requesting proposals to provide construction management services. Selection of firms shall be based on Oakland County’s evaluation of responses. While firms must respond to Oakland County’s requirements, they are also encouraged to offer alternative, value added pricing strategies. Oakland County intends to enter into a contract with the selected firm(s). The winning contract will contain all the terms and conditions required by this request for proposals, as well as further terms and conditions negotiated between Oakland County and the selected firm.
