003411 - Cleaning System WWTP

Summary of Specifications:
Under the direction of authorized Oakland County staff (COUNTY), the CONTRACTOR shall provide repair and preventative maintenance for the ASA / Weir Wolf Algae Sweep Automated Clarifier Cleaning System(s) at the Commerce Township WWTP located at 649 Welch Road, Commerce Township, Michigan 48390. 

The CONTRACTOR shall provide annual maintenance visits and shall include, but is not limited to: 

One time mobilization to site of CONTRACTOR who will change out all brushes on the system, repair or replace any broken springs & assess any damages to the brush units. If the brush unit(s) are damaged CONTRACTOR will offer to repair on a time and material basis. Estimates will be provided to the COUNTY and all repairs & fees will be approved by the COUNTY before work is started or completed.  Service will be completed on ASA / Weir Wolf Algae Sweep Automated Clarifier Cleaning System(s), by CONTRACTOR to insure a high standard of service.
