Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is accepting proposals on behalf of the Oakland County Health Division for cinema advertising as outlined below.

Oakland County Health Division plans to conduct an advertising campaign for the H1N1 infuenza and vaccine. The advertisements will run in 6 movie theaters in Oakland County, totaling 91 movie screens.

The advertising period is scheduled for 10 weeks running from 2/5/10 – 4 /15/10 in 6 movie theaters in the following communities: Walled Lake, Auburn Hills, Madison Heights, Oxford, Rochester Hills, and Southfield.

This will also include 2 poster cases in each of the 6 movie theater lobbies with a total of 12 poster cases for the 10 week period.
