002042 - Carrier HVAC Maintenance and Repair

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting proposals on behalf of Facilities Maintenance & Operations for Carrier HVAC maintenance and repairs as specified below. This will be for “as needed” repairs at various county facilities. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew up to an additional two years. Scope of Work - 1. The contractor shall provide predictive and preventive maintenance when systems are operational prior to peak cooling season and again prior to winter shutdown. 2. The word ‘work’ shall consist of “seasonal start-up” (May) prior to the peak cooling season, four determined ‘operating inspections” and determined “winter maintenance”. 3. The contractor shall identify problems that may impact chiller operational reliability and recommend corrective actions to maintain chiller operability and reliability. To provide preventative maintenance and repair on six (6) Carrier brand chillers and three (3) York brand chillers as listed –
