Summary of Specifications:
Under the direction of authorized Oakland County Staff, provide service on a time and material basis for weight scales and microscopes to the following County Departments and/or offices: • HEALTH DEPARTMENT a. Health/Clinic, 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Pontiac, MI 48341 b. Health Division, Southfield Office, 27725 Greenfield, Southfield, MI 48076 • SHERIFF’S OFFICE:1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Pontiac, MI 48341 • WATER RESOURCES COMMISSIONERS OFFICE: One Public Works Dr., Waterford, MI 48328 • MEDICAL EXAMINER: 1200 N. Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48341
Service work will consist of all labor and materials necessary to repair and maintain weighing equipment. The CONTRACTOR will also calibrate and otherwise certify the scales on an as-needed basis and as authorized. The exterior of the all units will be cleaned and a visual check of the operating mechanism will be made. All units will be tested with approved weights and inspection adjustments will be made as required. All work will be performed by a trained scale Technician.
