002157 - Building Evacuation Displays

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES 

Oakland County operates approximately 33 buildings on the Oakland County Service Center totaling over 1,600,000 gross feet of space. Contractor to supply all labor, materials, incidentals and means of work to: 

A. Conduct, upon request, building surveys of the “Evacuation Display System” and supply a written report of needed changes, if any. 

B. Conduct, upon request, survey of new and remodeled buildings and submit a written proposal for an “Evacuation Display System”. 

C. Produce and install ordered fire and safety evacuation displays. 

D. Provide updates and production of black and white floor plans stipulating “YOU ARE HERE” locations. 

E. Prepare and furnish mini color originals (8” x 11”) of all new and revised floor plans. 

F. Gain approval of the County on all sign change locations, design, color, and material.
