Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Parks and Recreations Department is issuing a SEALED Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking vendors to perform acoustical improvements at White Oaks Clubhouse and Banquet facilities as detailed below.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The undersigned, having examined the site and its location as it affects the cost of the work, and the contract documents, including the specifications, and addenda (if any) as prepared by the architect, hereby proposes to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, tools, machinery, appurtenances, equipment and services to complete the following base bids and alternates items:
WHITE LAKE OAKS ACOUSTICAL IMPROVEMENTS
Description : the complete installation of a acoustical components for acoustical improvements to the White Lake Oaks Clubhouse and Banquet facilities ,Including all but not limited to materials, labor, permits, overhead and profit for installation of spray on acoustical material and/or acoustical panels, sound system and mechanical improvements.
The General Contractor is expected to fill in all items that are blank in this form. The Owner will select the work items that best suits the objectives of the project and the budget.
