Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, tools, machinery, appurtenances, equipment and services to complete the following base bids and alternates items: 1. Placement of the attic insulation on the original portion of the banquet facility which is basically the second floor ceiling of the spaces that are two stories as shown on the architect’s plans. 2. Placement of rigid and batt insulation in the appropriate locations shown on the architect’s plans. 3. Repair of all of the windows, the replacement of a small portion of these windows and the installation of a storm window on all of these windows on the banqueT facility UNIT PRICING 4. Replacing a portion of the wood sill that is the leading edge or the drip portion of the sill where it may be split or rotted. 5. Replacing the entire wood sill that is on the exterior of the existing window to the full depth of the sill that is exposed and where it may be split or rotted.
