Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Department of Management & Budget Fiscal Services Division for printing of the Oakland County 2009 Financial Report . Quantity – 1 lot of 1,750; Paper stock and size (11 x 17) will be same as 2008 Financial Summary (samples available in the Purchasing Division office). Cover color will change and cover stock may change, but quality level will be consistent with 2008 document. Cover is foil stamped with 4 die cut square holes.
Final document will be provided by Oakland County to printer in Adobe InDesign (Creative Suite 4).
Chart/graph colors and photo reproduction must be of clarity acceptable to the Fiscal Services Division. Oakland County Fiscal Services must sign off on proofs before document is printed.
Completed documents to be delivered on or before 1/27/2009 to Oakland County Fiscal Services Division, Executive Office Bldg., Bldg. 41 W, 2100 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328
Vendor to shrink wrap publication into 25 reports per unit then boxed. Boxes to weigh no more than 40 lbs. each.
