Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking vendors who can provide software for a Public Sector Budgeting Solution. Data would be provided from and to the current PeopleSoft 9.0 vesrion. In meeting these requirements, all forms of a solution may be considered in regard to this RFP. This would include Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products and solutions that may be hosted such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Application Service Provider (ASP) models.
