2025-1002 - NOTA Onboard Vehicle Camera System

The North Oakland Transportation Authority (“NOTA”) is a Michigan nonprofit transportation authority that provides demand-response service for seniors, persons with disabilities, veterans, and the general public throughout North Oakland County. NOTA invites qualified firms (“Proposers”) to submit proposals for the purchase, delivery, installation, configuration, and support of an onboard vehicle camera system, including associated software, storage, accessories, and training for NOTA’s fleet (and any partner-owned vehicles identified in this solicitation).

This procurement will utilize Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds. As a condition of award, the selected Proposer must comply with all applicable federal requirements. Proposers must review, complete, and return all required Federal Clauses and Certifications included with this RFP. Failure to submit fully executed federal forms may render a proposal non-responsive.

NOTA intends to award to the responsive and responsible Proposer whose offer is most advantageous to NOTA, considering price and other factors identified in this RFP. NOTA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, to request clarifications, and to award in whole or in part if in NOTA’s best interest.

Instructions for electronic submission are provided in Section 2.05. Any addenda issued will be posted through the solicitation portal described in Section 2.05; Proposers are responsible for monitoring and acknowledging addenda.  
NOTE:  GPS/TELEMATICS INTEGRATION SHALL INCLUDE VEHICLE HEALTH AND DIAGNOSTIC DATA IF AVAILABLE
