Request for Proposal: 2023-05 Off Duty Flint Police Officers
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified security firms to provide Off Duty Flint Police Officers.  MTA is looking for services that include a variety of duties and assignments that include fixed posts, roving patrols, single site/location corporate or government/defense type installation incident with investigation and report writing experience.
Proposals shall be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. Local Time, Monday, March 15, 2023, at the Mass Transportation Authority’s offices at 1401 South Dort Highway, Flint, Michigan or Electronically at Bidnet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com. Specifications may be obtained at https://www.mtaflint.org/purchasing/ or www.bidnetdirect.com  on or after Monday February 27, 2023.
The Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) reserves the right to waive any informality in the request for proposals; to reject any or all proposals; and to make any award which it considers to be in the best interest of the MTA.  The MTA reserves the right to use whatever reasonable and prudent evaluation techniques it deems appropriate.

No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after submission.
