0249-0163 - 2019 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION BY FULL LENGTH & SECTIONAL CIPP LINING

The work under this contract includes of C.C.T.V inspection and rehabilitation by CIPP liners of sanitary sewers in continual use. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to insure that the operations do not interfere with the functioning of the sewer, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the Engineer.     Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Bidding Documents. The work under this Contract includes all the work required to reconstruct the existing sanitary sewers indicated on the plan by the installation of Full Length or Sectional cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and to prepare a report of all pertinent information to be submitted to the Owner before final acceptance. Preparatory work and cleaning shall be performed on all proposed lines. All CCTV Inspections shall be performed by National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) standards. The sewer line sections, during pre and post CIPP operations, shall be visually inspected by means of pan and tilt closed-circuit television camera. The inspection will be done on one sewer at a time and the flow in the section being inspected will be suitably controlled as necessary.
