Pre-qualification meeting
MCDR will host a mandatory pre-qualification meeting the week of January 12, 2026 (date to be determined) for all prospective respondents interested in submitting qualifications for this RFQ. The purpose of the mandatory meeting is to provide an overview of the RFQ, clarify the scope of services, review pre-qualification evaluation criteria, discuss the qualifications schedule and submission requirements, and address any questions from potential respondents.
Attendance at the in-person meeting is mandatory and shall be a condition of eligibility for the RFQ. Respondents that do not attend the meeting and sign the attendance roster will be deemed ineligible and will not be considered by MCDR. A copy of the meeting presentation, a list of attendees and requests for clarification will be posted on Bid Express® no later than January 26, 2026.
Submittal information
Prospective firms are directed to submit one (1) response to qualifications for general services no later than 4 p.m. EST, Monday, February 2, 2026, through Bid Express®. Prospective firms must utilize Bid Express® to access the proposal from the website bidexpress.com. It will be the prospective firm’s responsibility to submit their response through Bid Express®.
No responses will be accepted by email, mail or in-person and no responses will be accepted after the submission deadline. Prospective firms must have current prequalification with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in the proper classification and numerical rating required for the related task order
