Description

Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority (LCCMHA) is requesting proposals from new and current contracted providers for an array of substance use treatment services for adults and/or youth/families at the outpatient and intensive outpatient ASAM levels. It is the intention that all services will be provided face to face.

The contractor services will include, but are not limited to, assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, peer support/recovery coach services, engagement groups and co-occurring psychiatry services. Levels of care may include outpatient or intensive outpatient. Services will be provided to adults and/or youth with Medicaid or without insurance.

LCCMHA is a community mental health agency that provides emergency services, assessments, health and medication services, client services management, individual and group therapy, assertive community treatment, older adult services, respite, substance abuse services, community supported living, wraparound and psychosocial rehabilitation. LCCMHA is the core provider for substance use services for Livingston County residents with Medicaid or without insurance.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Livingston County Community Mental Health Authority, located at 622 E. Grand River, Howell, MI 48843, is accepting proposals for adult and/or youth substance use treatment services in accordance with the attached specifications. All proposals shall be received no later than 9/5/2023, at 5:00 PM local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure their proposal reaches Livingston County Community Mental Health on or before the closing date and hour as indicated. Proposals submitted late or via oral, electronic mail or by facsimile will NOT be accepted.

Proposals postdated will be constituted as late. All late proposals will be rejected and destroyed after ten (10) days, unless otherwise notified to return to the Bidder, at the Bidder’s expense.

The Bidder shall utilize proposal forms as supplied in the RFP document. Pricing shall only be provided in the specific format requested. The pricing and/or fees shall not be placed within your written Proposal.

Each Bidder shall send electronically to Purchasing@cmhliv.org:
A. Proposal, including all items listed in Section XIII: Bidder Checklist.
B. Section VII. Fee Proposal including Appendix 1 as a separate attachment.
Proposals shall be clearly labeled with RFP #23-0001 and Substance Use Treatment Services in the subject line. In the body of the email ensure to have the Bidder’s name, address, phone number and email address.
