New feeders will be installed to feed the motor control center, as well as new feeders for the downstream mechanical equipment. The penthouse floors and walls will be painted to match the adjacent space. The Contractor will coordinate all work and activities with the A/E firm and LCC. See attached Request for Proposal, Drawings, and Specifications for details. *THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY BID.
