5022-834-24BV - Debt Collection Services

LCC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide debt collection services for first and second referrals of delinquent accounts receivable that the College currently has or may have in the future. Services shall include, but are not limited to, skip tracing, credit reporting and the collection of delinquent student tuition and fees. The awarded contractor will be expected to contact students by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery. Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. The collection of delinquent accounts shall be according to collection practices, regulations and procedures, state laws and telephone mannerisms. The awarded contractors(s) will be expected to help the College maximize receipt revenue.
