Lansing Community College (LCC) is currently seeking competitive proposals from an experienced Professional Master Planning Design firm to assist the College in the development of a 10-year Campus Master Plan (CMP).

A competitive firm will have previous experience with campus master planning with other community colleges or small four-year colleges or universities. The resulting CMP will address all campus locations to include the Downtown Campus in Lansing, West Campus in Delta Township, Aviation Maintenance in Mason, East Campus in East Lansing, and the Livingston County Center in Livingston at a minimum. The campus currently consists of a combination of owned and leased properties and facilities over Ingham, Eaton, and Livingston counties. LCC’s last CMP was completed in 2015.
