L’ANSE CREUSE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT / INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, opened and read aloud, by L’Anse Creuse Public Schools located at the L’Anse Creuse Public Schools Harry S. Wheeler Community Center and Administrative Offices, 24076 F. V. Pankow Boulevard, Clinton Township, MI 48036, by mail or hand delivered on August 2, 2012, by 2:00 p.m., local time. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date for the following work:
Bid Package #13 John R. Armstrong Performing Arts Center Exterior Wall Waterproofing
All bidders must provide the familial disclosure statement, in compliance with MCL 380.1267, as listed on the Bid Proposal Form. This statement must be sworn and notarized disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools. L’Anse Creuse Public Schools shall not accept any bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
