Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, opened and read aloud, by L’Anse Creuse Public Schools located at the L’Anse Creuse Public Schools Administration Building, 36727 Jefferson Ave., Harrison Twp., MI 48045, by mail or hand delivered on March 22, 2012 by 2:00pm, local time. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date for the following work:
Bid Package #10 L’Anse Creuse High School Additions & Renovations
All bidders must provide the familial disclosure statement, in compliance with MCL 380.1267, as listed on the Bid Proposal Form. This statement must be sworn and notarized disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools. L’Anse Creuse Public Schools shall not accept any bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 3:00pm in the Cafeteria of the L’Anse Creuse High School, 38495 L’Anse Creuse Rd., Harrison Twp, MI 48045.
Contract documents will be available for examination and distribution at Dunn-Blue Reprographics in Clawson, MI on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 10:00am. A $50, non-refundable fee made payable to Barton Malow, is required in order to obtain plans and specifications. Examinations may be made at:
