Description

The Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the procurement, delivery, installation, and configuration of a new enterprise-grade network web server. This server will support JATA’s operational and public-facing technology infrastructure and must be compatible with upcoming Windows 11 updates scheduled for release in November 2025.
The selected vendor will provide all necessary hardware, installation, system configuration, and licensing to ensure a fully operational system that meets modern performance and security standards. This project is federally funded and subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements.
All work must be completed within 30 days of award notification. Quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days from the date of submission. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on total cost and technical compliance.
Vendors must complete and submit all required attachments with their quote. Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
