Responding firms are required to submit three (3) copies of their proposal. Each copy of the proposal should be bound or contained in a single volume. All documentation submitted with the proposal should be contained in that single volume. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the County Administrator/Controller’s Office no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, December 22, 2025. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed by the above stated deadline to the Administrator/Controller, Brian A. Smith at bsmith@isabellacounty.org.
