Description

Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of audit services. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for audit services. The County desires to enter into a three-year contract, with the possibility of a two-year extension, with the chosen firm in order to obtain an opinion on the fair presentation of the County’s presentation of its basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. A separate Single Audit engagement more than likely will be needed in each of the five years under consideration.
