Summary of Specifications:
METROPARKS WILL INSTALL SHELTER, please see attach specifications and information. Bidder to provide a square metal framed shelter with wood roof

decking shipped to Kensington Metropark, Milford, Michigan. The shelter shall be a square metal framed shelter that is 24’ (twenty-four) with a four post design. This length is measured as an outside dimension along anyone side of the shelter. The metal frame structure shall be powder coated with a TGIC graffiti resistant coating over an e-coated primer on the steel frame. Powder coat color to be a dark green RAL# 6005. The roof design shall be a two-tier roof with the second tier being a raised center section. The roof shall be a square hip-style with a 6:12 pitch. Roof decking shall be 2x 6 T&G wood planking. Foundation design and sealing of drawings shall be done the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority Engineering Staff.
