Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority (HCMA) seeks to establish a ranked list of qualified contractors for invasive shrub and vine control and hereby invites qualified contractors to submit qualifications for herbicide applications (basal bark/cut stump/foliar spray) of approximately 1,400 acres of invasive shrubs and vines located at the Wolcott Mill, Stony Creek, Kensington, Huron Meadows, Hudson Mills, Dexter-Huron, Delhi, Lower Huron, Willow, Oakwoods, and Indian Springs Metroparks. Additional treatment will occur at Palmer & Rouge Parks for the City of Detroit, MI.
