work on the Hudson Mills Golf Maintenance Building including removing the existing roof
system to roof deck, removing a portion of the roof deck to construct a two-foot awning off the
existing truss system, removing the existing plywood siding, removing the existing trim boards,
removing the existing windows, installing all necessary components for the new shingle roof
system, installing new windows, installing new vertical siding, installing new trim boards and
all other incidental construction items at Hudson Mills Metropark in Washtenaw County,
Michigan.
