Project Description: Provide turn-key design, drawings, and technical specifications to retrofit the existing Indian Springs Metropark Golf Building to provide fleet charging of a new all electric golf cart fleet and backup generator connection. Additionally, the consultant may be asked to provide design for a solar charging system and panels that will charge or supplement the charging of the carts. The proposer in consultation with Metropark staff shall provide development and design of construction specifications and drawings. Those services shall incorporate all State and local government requirements for the successful implementation of the project.
