The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including grading, crushing and shaping, paving, concrete work, signage and striping of an approximately 4-acre parking lot with adjacent drainage work, and all incidental construction at Stony Creek Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan.
The construction completion date is December 18, 2020. However, all Phase 2 work needs to be completed between June 29, 2020 and August 7, 2020. This is non-negotiable.
