Summary of Specifications:
The proposed study involves hydraulic modeling analysis to evaluate providing service to the Springwells Water Treatment Plant high pressure system from the Lake Huron Water Treatment Plant transmission system through the Imlay booster station, North Service Center, Duval Road valve, and West Service Center division cone valves while the Springwells Water Treatment Plant is out of service for raw water tunnel repairs. The proposed study also includes condition assessment of key control valves within the Lake Huron transmission system to include the Duval Road Valve and West Service Center division cone valves.
