Summary of Specifications:
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Provide sampling, analysis, permitting, reporting, soil erosion control, waste acceptance submittals as necessary to remove, dewater, transport and dispose of alum sludge at the designated Smiths Creek Landfill in accordance with St. Clair County ordinance. Restore lagoon insofar as necessary to return lagoon to service at completion of this work.
