1.0 Scope of Work
1.1 Refurbishment or Replacement of the following equipment or systems:
1.1.1 Conveyors Belts A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1, Diverter gates (DIV A & B) and their associated equipment.
1.1.2 Screw Conveyors A3, B3, C2 and their associated equipment including conveyor troughs and covers, rotor, flights, drive assemblies and discharge gates.
1.1.3 Live Bottom Hoppers including all its associated screws and bearings and motors.
1.1.4 Lime Stabilization Systems including Lime Storage Silos, Bin Activators, Bin Vents, Rotary Feeders, Lime Transfer Screws, Lime Mixers and Lime Mixer Gates.
1.1.5 Retractable Screw Conveyor.
1.1.6 Dust Collection System or Venturi Scrubber System including Venturi, mist eliminator and exhaust fans.
1.1.7 Refurbishment of actuators on various slide gates associated with the lime mixers and sludge bins.
1.1.8 Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) of the entire building.
1.1.9 Passenger Elevator smoke detectors.
1.1.10 COF Building Roofing and the concrete pavement for the pad area.
1.1.11 Roll-up doors and various doors within the COF building.
1.1.12 Lighting systems for COF and Extension building including CCTV system.
1.1.13 Electrical and Control rooms to maintain positive pressure.
1.1.14 Drainage system of the entire COF building including yard drainage system around the COF building
1.1.15 Emergency shower and Eye wash stations
1.1.16 Inside building hydrant for truck washing
1.1.17 Electrical System including COF double-ended outdoor electrical sub-station, indoor switchgear, Motor Control Center (MCC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), UPS and power monitoring instrumentation and ovation control system
