Remove and replace three roof mounted set kitchen exhaust fans, roof curbs, and associated ductwork. Properly dispose of fans, ducts, and accessories. Provide a pre-construction airflow test of each exhaust fan including exhaust airflow at each kitchen hood connection. Remove and replace two roof mounted gas fired kitchen make-up air units. Properly dispose of make-air units, ducts, insulation, piping, and accessories. Provide removal and installation of electrical power wiring and accessories for the mechanical equipment.
