Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) requests proposals from qualified Architecture/Engineering (AE) firms for full Architectural and Engineering Design and Construction Administration services to renovate GRCC College Park Plaza.

This project is envisioned to occur over a duration of three years, with construction likely occurring during the summer months (May-July) to minimize academic disruption. That being said, sequencing, duration, may change as opportunities and constraints are realized. Upon award, design should start immediately with the initial phase, currently identified as a single floor, to allow for construction to begin in May of 2026. Each phase will need to be completed no later than early August in order to give the College time to occupy/prepare the space before the start of the subsequent fall semester.
