The County of Gratiot (the County), Michigan, is requesting responses to the Request for
Proposal (RFP) from qualified Institutions (the Institution) to provide comprehensive
services to the County related to the establishment, administration and actuarial services of a

this RFP is to identify the Institution that will provide the highest quality service at a
