2025-3 - Auditing Services

The Charter Township of Grand Blanc (the “Township”), issues this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed and insured Certified Public Accountants for the provision of specific financial audit services. The Township intends to enter into a three-year contract, for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2025 through December 31, 2027, with the possibility of two one-year extensions, with the chosen firm in order to obtain an opinion on the fairness of the Township’s presentation of its basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. A separate Single Audit engagement may or may not be needed in each of the five years under consideration.
