Description

The Grand Traverse Sheriff's Office is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a transcription software solution and possibly an integrated speech to text software solution. Server requirements, supported operating systems, hardware requirements, along with information about technical support must be included in the bid. The transcription software must be compatible with Olympus Digital Recorders and/or have an application compatible with IOS. Software must be CJIS compliant.

Testing of the environment before going live with software must be allotted for in timeline of proposed bid.
