Description

Grand Traverse County seeks a Traverse City area based qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide independent expert advice to the County when requested during the pre-construction phase and construction phase of Project Alpha as described. The qualified consultant must possess previous experience in design, engineering, and construction oversight or management of large scale public-sector construction projects of like size and scope of Project Alpha. The consultant will be expected to provide the same or similar type of services as outlined Appendix A, Scope of Services, only as needed and when requested in writing by the County.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The preferred method of submission is using the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN). The County will also accept responses in sealed packages by November 17 at 4:00pm EST. Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may result in disqualification. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered.
