Genesee County Courthouse is creating a modern, state-of-the-art legal resource center. The self-help center will be physically located within the legal resource center. The goal is to transform the space into a centrally-located resource center for a variety of legal services, with a particular emphasis on providing resources for self-represented litigants. The County is seeking a partner that will provide all-in-one kiosks in the self-help center to allow greater access to court services in a more available, private, and user-friendly medium.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at the Genesee County Courthouse, 900 S. Saginaw St., Rm 204 (Law Library), Flint, MI 48502. All Consultants submitting a proposal must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will afford consultants the opportunity to obtain information about this project and ask any questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be provided and shall serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a Consultants bid.
