NOTICE TO BIDDERS Genesee County Road Commission, in conjunction with the City of Flint is seeking proposals for bids due by April 21, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. for the following items: Aggregates, Traffic Signal Repair Parts, Traffic Signs, Traffic Cones and Barricade Lights, Antifreeze, Oil and Vehicle Lubricants Please go directly to the City of Flint’s website at: www.cityofflint.com/Purchasing/bids.asp to obtain bid documents. To view a specific document, click on the appropriate Bid/Proposal attachment. To compete in the bid process you will need to print the document, completely fill in and return to the Purchasing Department prior to the date and time noted.
