Remove current outdated system in maintenance office and Install a completely new HVAC system. It may have to be a roof top or wall unit given the location and size of the office in the building. Office size is 21ft. X 20ft. ( large rm. but small setting). Will discuss best option at the walk-thru. System has to be independent of the current building HVAC operations.
