The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) requests Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) from qualified firms to provide the REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES outlined in this document. Please carefully read the document to ensure you are acquainted with all requirements for responding to the RFQQ. Qualifications and Quotations must be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. local time, on April 29, 2025, by upload to the BidNet website. No physical bid submission will be accepted. No late bids will be considered.
Bids received by the due date and time specified will be publicly opened and recorded on APRIL 29, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. on Zoom. The credentials necessary to access the public bid opening are found in the RFQQ document.
All questions regarding the RFQQ must be submitted in writing via the BidNet Portal. No phone calls or emails will be accepted. Questions must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on 04/18/2025. The DLBA does not guarantee a response to questions submitted after the question deadline has passed.
Important Notice: If your firm has already submitted a response to the previous solicitation for these services (RFQ 0131205, published on 02/11/2025), you do not need to submit another bid. The DLBA will be evaluating bid responses from RFQQ #013123025 and RFQQ #01312025B to select firms for the requested services.
PLEASE NOTE: A VALID AND APPROVED CITY OF DETROIT TREASURY CLEARANCE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR RFQQ RESPONSE. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A VALID AND APPROVED CITY OF DETROIT TREASURY CLEARANCE WITH YOUR BID RESPONSE WILL RESULT IN BID REJECTION.
