RFP-RR0401-BE2R1 - RFP - BE2 - Roofing Bundle – Round 2

The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) requests proposals from pre-qualified general contractor and trade service provider vendors for the renovation of residential properties (ROOFING SERVICES) associated with this RFP. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to openly and responsibly procure the services of the eligible Respondent with the highest-ranked proposal. Proposals are due via upload to the BidNet website no later than 2:00 p.m., April 12, 2024. Proposals received by the due date and time will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on April 12, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted. Physical bid submissions will not be accepted. All responses must be submitted via the BidNet website. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered.

BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED BY FIRMS PREQUALIFIED AT THE TIME OF BID SUBMISSION. FIRMS THAT SUBMIT COMPLETED PREQUALIFICATION PACKETS FOR REVIEW NO LATER THAN 04/08/2024 ARE GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE A DECISION ON APPROVAL BY 04/11/2024 OR SOONER. FOR PREQUALIFICATION PACKETS TO BE REVIEWED THEY MUST CONTAIN ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. PARTIAL PACKETS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. A COPY OF THE PREQUALIFICATION PACKET IS ATTACHED TO THE RFP.
