Description

DESC is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to provide Commercial Office Space for at least one (1) Type 1 Career Center.

DESC plans to select one (1) or more proposals (that may be comprised of multiple partners) which best allows the flexibility for customization and creation of a human-centered, trauma-informed resource center that allows support of customers and has ease of access to public transportation. DESC’s leasing agreements are subject to procurement standards and lease payments must be allowable under applicable federal cost principles.
