These capital improvements will consist of the renovations to the Building Safety, Engineering and Environmental Department (BSEED), suite 400, at the Coleman A Young Municipal Center (CAYMC) at 2 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48226. The BSEED Suite renovation area at CAYMC is approximately 11,300 SF and the work will consist of space modifications, new flooring, new paint, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The areas of renovation are documented in the attached Drawing Set and Scope of Work.
